I needed to use my mini drill to increase the holder’s shaft by 3mm in order to accommodate my iPad Pro 12.9″. It’s unclear if this is a common issue, but overall, everything else seems to be working well.

I enjoy using this prompter regularly with my Sony A6700 camera mounted on it. I opted for this model due to its compact size. I also paired it with a 14-inch mini HD monitor, which works seamlessly. When not using the prompter, I can easily flip up the mini monitor and move it around as needed. While the prompter functions well, its software lacks a transparent background setting for overlaying text on live video. To address this limitation, I use alternative software; however, note that the remote control does not sync with the new software. Keep this in mind if you intend to overlay text on live video frequently.

Good equipment with size suitable for 12″ tablets. Well-finished, comes with a carrying case. One area for improvement is the complex and unintuitive configuration application. I use it manually and find it to be more than sufficient for my needs.

I have been in need of a teleprompter for a long time and this one meets all my requirements. It is not only affordable but also comes ready to use straight out of the box, which is a big plus for me as I dislike setting up teleprompters. The build quality is excellent, the glass provides a clear reflection, the accompanying app functions well (though it is basic), and the carrying case is top-notch. However, one downside is that the scrolling speed of the text can only be adjusted using the remote control. If the remote is lost or malfunctions during a shoot, you will be unable to change the scrolling speed and will have to make do with the last setting. It also requires multiple clicks to slow down the speed, which can be a bit tedious. Despite this issue, I believe it is a worthwhile investment and a great product overall.
